A Fresh Approach to Home Care
Matching is everything
We carefully pair each client with a support worker based on personality, preferences, and life experience, because the right fit makes all the difference.
We don’t fill shifts for the sake of it
If we can’t make the right match, we’d rather wait. Your trust matters more than ticking a box.
Continuity you can count on
We know how frustrating it is to meet a new worker every week. We aim for consistency, so you can build trust and routine with someone who truly gets you.
Experienced, qualified team
All our support workers have formal qualifications, at least 12 months’ home care experience, and an understanding of what good care really looks like.
Mental health-informed care, always
Every team member is trained in Mental Health First Aid and supported through ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
You’ll never be left wondering
Our team is responsive and available– including our management– so you or your loved one will always know who to talk to, and how to reach them.
Frequently Asked Questions
We provide home care for NDIS participants aged 18+ and older Australians receiving a Home Care Package. We also support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients aged 50+.
No. We focus on everyday and psychosocial support, such as personal care, daily living assistance, and social connection. We don’t offer respite or high-complexity clinical care.
Absolutely. We take the time to match you with someone who fits your needs, goals, and personality. We won’t send just anyone; we’ll only move forward when the match feels right.
All support workers are qualified, have a minimum of 12 months’ hands-on home care experience, and are trained in Mental Health First Aid. We only recruit people who genuinely care.
That’s our goal. We prioritise continuity so you can build a trusting, long-term relationship with your support worker.
We currently operate across Melbourne and Geelong.
Of course. We start with a conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and what kind of support will suit you best.
